Resident Contributions
Central Care Mission asks each resident to contribute a weekly amount of $90.00 toward the expenses of the program. There are two reasons for this amount.
1. This weekly contribution helps offset some of the operating expenses incurred each month throughout the year. These expenses include:
2. As a part of rebuilding your life, it is important that you develop and maintain the ability to be responsible. We feel that keeping steady employment and paying bills on time every week are both essential to becoming financially independent.
You are not required to have $90.00 to become a resident at Central Care Mission. We will work with you to develop an employment strategy. If you are overcoming an addiction, we may require you to remain on campus for a specific period of time or that you not have more than a specific amount of cash on hand at any given time.
Your contributions are due by the end of each week. If you need to make some special arrangements, it will be your responsibility to speak with staff about those arrangements. It is not the responsibility of the staff to come to you.
As a part of your "life-strategy" we will help you design a budget that will assist you in controlling and directing your expenses. You will be required to place 10% of every paycheck into a savings account. Saving will be a part of your budget plans.
