Bill Adams

My story is like many others in rehab. I have searched and tried to find happiness in everything drugs, alcohol, sex, money.  These things could never fill the void, and it cost me my health by contracting the HIV virus. Now I am thankful for having HIV. Because I know if it wasn’t for that I would have never slowed down long enough to think. I come back to the mission in 2003 because I was trying to do it on my own again, and my life had lost its purpose and direction. God has laid it on my heart to help the mission with my talents. Landscaping and maintenance I work onto the lord because it is only by his precious grace that I am here. So my life now has the purpose and direction it was lacking But, most of all it is my personal relationship with my savior that fills my void and gives me contentment.
